Young starlet Kyla Pratt celebrates her 22nd birthday on September 16, 2008. The California native started out as a child actor with small roles in a number of sitcoms including “Friends”, “Living Single”, “In the House”, and “One on One”. Kyla is also the voice of Penny Proud on Disney’s show and movie “The Proud Family.” As far as the big screen in concerned, Kyla has played in Love & Basketball, Dr. Doolittle 2 & 3, and she’s in the upcoming film Hotel for Dogs.
