Not too long ago, the girlies of Danity Kane shot the video for “Bad Girl” featuring Missy Elliott in Los Angeles, CA. The comic book inspired video premiered on MTV’s “FN Videos” this past Friday… here it is.

This is all for the Andre 3000 sighting. We <3 him at MP but what’s up with the “your granny must be Navajo…” line? Hopefully we’re reading into it wrong… you know we expect more from you A3K. Anyways, this is the Fently’s single called “Everybody” also featuring Kanye West.
Meanwhile, the ladies are getting their video clip on too! Alicia Keys latest video - the heroine titled “Superwoman” is flying high. Here is the finished clip.
And Keri Hilson’s video for her newest single has been sent out into the world for all to enjoy. The former guest appearance girl and songwriter turned singer is getting her guns ready in this “Energy” clip from her upcoming album In a Perfect World.
Directed by Melina, “Energy” sees the Atlanta, GA native showing off her million dollar baby boxing skills in a very high quality wet and wavy ‘do.
“The Way I Are” singer is working overtime, appearing on Nas’ recently released “Hero” single.
Ashanti Shows Out at “Body On Me” Video Shoot

Ashanti is feeling good. And it’s written all over. The singer who, despite poor first week album sales (96k), morphed into quite the beautiful butterfly for her latest album The Declaration has been strutting her hard earned body all around town. Stunning from top to bottom, Ashanti shined at the video shoot for “Body On Me,” a collaborative track between her, Nelly and Akon. The clip was shot at the Red Rock Casino Resort Spa in Las Vegas on June 20th. The finished product is slated to debut on “MTV’s FN Rocks” this weekend. Solange Knowles AKA SoL-AngeL, is ready to release her sophomore set, SoL-AngeL and The Hadley Street Dreams on August 26th.
Today Solange shoots the video for “I Decided,” the finger-snapping, feel-good, throwback first single produced by Pharrell, in Los Angeles with Melina. The treatment is a contemporary highlight of pop art from the 60s until now.
Cee-Lo and Mark Ronson also add production credits to the album while Lil Wayne makes a guest appearance on “Champagnechronicnightcap,” Bilal helps write and appears on “Cosmic Journey” and “Wanna Go Back,” which Marsha Ambrosius of Floetry lends vocals to, and Raphael Saddiq produces “Same Song, Different Man,” which features Estelle.

Last night BET aired the “Access Granted” for Janet Jackson’s new video “Rock Wit You.” I have to be honest in saying that I’m not the biggest Janet fan on earth but I respect her legacy and what she has accomplished over the years… As for “Rock Wit You” - the song and the video get my thumbs up for its sheer multi-culti, glammed out Euro feel.
In other news, Janet will take the top of the Billboard Charts next week with her album Discipline selling more than 181,000 copies in the first week… Following right behind her, “New Amerykah Part One, (4th World War),” Erykah Badu’s first album in 5 years. The sista’s are taking over… one city at a time.
